We celebrated our biannual Festival de Arte this month! The theme was recycled art and the categories were plastic, cardboard, group art, mixed materials, and performance. It was great to see all of the creations the children came up with!

At this month`s Liga de Deportes, we had a great yoga workshop taught by VE Global`s Chilean Board Treasurer, María Jose Fuentes. The children also enjoyed playing basketball and soccer, eating a healthy lunch, and answering trivia questions about yoga for prizes.
VE celebrated the children`s reading accomplishments from our ¡Vamos a Leer! literacy program at Carnaval. The children played carnival games, won prizes, ate lunch, and went swimming.
With the beach an hour and a half away and the mountains bordering the city, there are so many ways to enjoy the outdoors in Santiago.
