Our Team

A small group of volunteers work to make sure that VE Global functions smoothly and continues to advance. These dedicated members are the foundation of the organization, which frequently changes with each new volunteer class from around the world. They advise and guide volunteers, each in their own area and specialty, while forming a cohesive team of support.

Directors

Brooke Lloyd - Executive Director

Brooke oversees all VE operations in Chile, guiding strategic planning, educational program development, and all global resource development initiatives.  He reports directly to the VE Global Board of Directors and serves as the President of the VE Global Chile Board of Directors.  In addition to his duties as Executive Director, Brooke volunteers a half-day a week at the children’s home Hogar Pleyades, where he focuses on helping the children with their homework and implementing VE’s English in Motion program.  Before leading the VE team, Brooke was the product manager of Business News Americas' core subscription product as well as the President of the Community Outreach committee.  He has long had ties to Chile, having led volunteer trips to northern Chile since high school and studying abroad in Concepción as part of his Bachelors degree program in Latin American Studies at Wesleyan University, CT.
